A simple breakdown of my experience

This hotel offers great family adventures with stunning wildlife sightings and spacious pools. The buffet options were plentiful, perfect for grabbing quick bites between beach time. While the cocktails were inconsistent, the overall value remains solid. The friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, ensuring we had a delightful stay.

The pools are fantastic, perfect for the kids, and the beach is just gorgeous! We enjoyed a variety of restaurants, each offering something different and delightful.

It's a bit like a game of 'Where's Waldo? ' trying to find a consistent drink service! And trust me, nothing gets the heart racing quite like a musty room scent, right?

the location of the rooms is a real issue, being close to the highway, one would think they'd keep the area quiet. also, cleanliness isn't their strong suit—my the pillows were humid, like really? I expected complimentary upgrades, you know, since I’m such a valued guest. it’s a shame because this could have been a good review.

Just a reliable pick for a city break in Akumal with exceptional value. The staff's attention, especially the waiter who remembered our breakfast orders, made it special.

the grounds were stunning with wildlife roaming around and the pool area was fantastic for our kids. staff were attentive, and the nightly shows were entertaining plus the restaurants had a great variety...  

Had a fantastic time! The beautiful wildlife around the resort was a pleasant surprise, and I loved the variety of buffets available. My only downside was the inconsistent cocktail quality at the bars.
